From Vision to Reality: The PrintWorks Inc. Story

In 1990 PrintWorks Inc. was founded by Nancy Helton. 10 years later Mark Jennett joined the company and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and the quality that Printworks was seeking in their product.

They had a simple yet powerful vision: to provide businesses in Whiteland and the surrounding areas with exceptional printing services and unparalleled customer care. What started as a small, family-run operation has grown into a trusted partner for businesses of all sizes, thanks to Mark and Nancy’s unwavering commitment to quality and their dedication to building lasting relationships.

For over 35 years, we’ve remained true to our roots, maintaining the personal touch and attention to detail that has set us apart for three decades. As a family-owned and woman-led business, we understand the importance of community and the value of hard work. Shelby Sibanda | Co-Owner, CEO

With over a decade of experience in government operations, process optimization, and strategic leadership, Shelby Sibanda brings a unique blend of expertise to PrintWorks Before taking the helm at PrintWorks, Shelby dedicated 10 years to the State of Indiana, where she played a pivotal role in Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), data analytics, and process improvement. Her leadership helped streamline programs, ensure federal compliance, and save the state millions through optimized operations.

Shelby’s career has always been centered around efficiency, innovation, and impact. Whether improving government systems, leading high-stakes compliance reviews, or driving workforce initiatives, she has consistently delivered data-driven solutions and organizational success. Her experience in project management, logistics, and consulting has equipped her with the skills to enhance PrintWorks’ services, ensuring businesses receive not just printed materials, but strategic branding solutions that make a lasting impression.

Mark Jennett, co-owner & CFO

With over 40 years of experience in the printing industry, Mark Jennett has been a driving force behind PrintWorks since its early days. As a co-owner and seasoned print professional, Mark has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Mark’s expertise spans every aspect of the printing process, from production and equipment management to client relations and business operations. 

His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge have helped PrintWorks grow into a trusted partner for businesses, government agencies, and organizations seeking high-quality print solutions.

Beyond his role in the business, Mark is also a dedicated father to Shelby Sibanda, who has now taken the reins as PrintWorks’ owner and CEO. Over the years, he has mentored and supported her journey, passing down his deep industry knowledge and strong work ethic. Though adjusting to this new chapter has come with its challenges, Mark is proud to see the company’s legacy continue through his daughter’s leadership.

Kelley Leach, Graphic Artist

With over 20 years of experience as the graphic artist at PrintWorks, Kelley Leach has been the creative force behind countless designs that bring businesses’ visions to life. Her expertise spans branding, print design, and large-format graphics, making her an invaluable part of the PrintWorks team.

Kelley isn’t just a designer—she’s a true craftsman when it comes to vinyl installation, especially on vehicles. Her precision and skill ensure that every project, from business signage to custom wraps, is installed flawlessly.

Beyond the shop, Kelley is passionate about fishing and family. Her two kids have grown up around PrintWorks, making the company feel more like a second home than just a workplace.
